Summary

Per #4458: the "Requesting pretranslation" section links to the opt-in guidelines in the admin documentation (managing_pretranslation.html), which redirects to admin docs about enabling pretranslation.

• documentation/docs/localizer/teams-projects.md: updated the opt-in guidelines link from https://mozilla-l10n.github.io/documentation/tools/pontoon/managing_pretranslation.html#opt-in-guidelines-to-enable-new-locales to https://mozilla-l10n.github.io/localizer-documentation/tools/pretranslation.html#opt-in-guidelines as suggested in the issue.

Thanks for working on this, unfortunately there are a couple of issues.

In general, comment in the issue if you want to work on it, and before opening a PR. That avoids multiple people overlapping (see ##4459).

If you look at the diff, this is changing the entire file (likely, your editor is switching line ending).

Given this, I'm going to close this PR. Please keep an eye out for good first issues, but make sure to comment first there before working on it.
