Given that HttpSender has been around for quite some time, it's a little misleading to claim that this is @since 1.59.0 but since it has moved I guess technically that's accurate. Hrmph.

Yeah, its a bit weird. We've always used since as a signal of when something was added to the public API. Its not perfect.
