Remove the six-hour polling schedule from the upstream sync workflow. Synchronization remains available through
workflow_dispatch, including the existing source-commit input.Validation: parsed every workflow and confirmed no scheduled triggers remain. A structural comparison against the base revision confirms that only the schedule was removed; all jobs, permissions, and manual inputs are unchanged.
