Mysqli option says "1" instead of "MYSQLI_OPT_COMPRESS" #5727

1 Whether to use network communication compression.
Instead of 1 it should probably say MYSQLI_OPT_COMPRESS.

Yes, yes it was intentional. See #5174 and php/php-src#20987

No constant for compression in released versions, so the option is documented by its value. Closing. If you wish to complete with a PR, you are free to submit one.

Reopening this as PHP 8.6 will be released soon and this will have to be documented.
