What is the process for starting a Hindi translation of the PHP documentation? #5790

Hello,
I would like to contribute a Hindi translation of the PHP documentation.
I noticed that the PHP organization has language-specific documentation repositories such as doc-fr, doc-es, doc-ja, and doc-zh, but I could not find a doc-hi repository.
What is the recommended process for starting a Hindi translation? Should a new php/doc-hi repository be created, or is there another workflow for starting a new language translation?
I would be happy to help with the initial translation and ongoing maintenance.

From what I know, the process is as follows: you gather support in the Hindi community because you cannot do it alone. Once you have a couple of people who are willing to contribute, you fork the repo and start translating just like other translations. Once you have the core pages translated, you email the PHP-doc mailing list and ask for the translation to be officially published. If you want to get a more accurate information, I encourage you to email the mailing list.
