Error: Os { code: 13, kind: PermissionDenied, message: "Permission denied" }
# sudo /usr/local/bin/pkgm install duti
/usr/local/bin/duti

How do I debug this?

    I should clarify, I'm already root user when running /usr/local/bin/pkgm install duti
