The button only defined a light background and inherited the theme text color, making the label unreadable with themes using a light foreground.

Description
The "Escalate" button in the ticket footer (and its entry in the merged actions dropdown) only defined a light pink background and inherited the button text color from the theme. With themes using a light foreground for primary buttons (
premiumred, dark, vintage, purplehaze, clockworkorange, icecream), the label was almost unreadable. The text color is now forced to black, consistent with the escalation items in the timeline that share the same background.
