This PR adds executable examples to the CDISC validation user guide. Previously the Define-XML, Controlled Terminology, Frictionless, CSVW, export, and combining-sources examples were display-only because they referenced external files that weren't available. But now they're now runnable against sample metadata documents bundled with the package. To support this, a new public
load_metadata_example()function returns a path to a bundled sample file, mirroring the existingload_dataset()pattern.
