This bump moves setup-go to the v7 action, whose release notes describe an ESM migration. If the blacksmith-2vcpu-ubuntu-2404 runner image has not picked up runner support for ESM JavaScript actions, both Go SDK check jobs can fail before make go-check or make shared-check runs.
