Following * react and react-dom is frozen at ~18.2.0 due introduction of deprecation warnings in 18.3 as preparation for version 19 * eslint is frozen at the latest minor version 8 due to newer API in version 9 is not compatible with used configs * stylelint and @stylistic/stylelint-config to be updated separately * typescript to be updated separately `eslint-config-airbnb-typescript` is no longer maintained, so we replace it with local copy of it with fixed rules
