[Enhancement] Confirmation dialog on job deletion #102

Thanks for the amazing UI and package!
I was wondering if you would be open to implementing a confirmation box before deleting a job? As the three action buttons are tightly squeezed together it is currently very possible to miss click the delete button and inadvertently remove a job that was still waiting to be executed.

I'm looking to get started with contributing to the River ecosystem, and I think starting with the UI is a great entry point. The enhancement suggested by ghost to prevent accidental deletions looks like a perfect first issue for me to tackle.
Would you mind assigning this to me so I can start working on a PR?
