Summary
Type errors currently fail production builds after assets have already been emitted. This upgrades Rsbuild to 2.2.0 and pins Rspack 2.2.1, which restores the expected compiler hook ordering so failed type checks block asset emission, and adds regression coverage for HTML and JavaScript outputs.
