/api/explicitrepopermissions.v1.Service/..., browsable at/api-reference), using the standardized "Sourcegraph API" framing.The Sourcegraph GraphQL debug API is referenced (not deprecated, for
diagnostics) but its operations are no longer enumerated on this page.
Marking repositories unrestricted and sub-repository permissions are
retained as short subsections because they have no Sourcegraph API
equivalent yet, and are noted as available only via the GraphQL debug API.
