Overall I think this looks fine, probably want to merge tomorrow + bake + manually test before a new release!

Merge new shipping-address, user-info commands and DISPLAY_DELAY_MS constant from main while preserving authStorage prop threading from the --auth feature branch. Committed-By-Agent: claude
Make requireAuth a factory and requireAuthGuard accept optional storage so the --auth flag actually controls which credential file is checked. Committed-By-Agent: claude
