Sync the stack default Postgres version
This bump only updates the Go Dockerfile manifest; the TypeScript stack still has DEFAULT_VERSIONS.postgres pinned to 17.6.1.158 in packages/stack/src/versions.ts:55, and createStack / StackPreparation use that default when no override is provided. As a result, next/stack users continue pulling the old Postgres image while the Go CLI uses 17.6.1.159; include the synced packages/stack/src/versions.ts change from pnpm sync:versions with this image bump.
