Added a version declaration for gulp-header 1.8.2 to the package.json file to address the ``Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, lstat`` error that was preventing me from executing the gulp build.
Updated dependencies to work on AEM 6.3. Removed unnecessary dependencies on Neba. Removed unused it.tests and it.launcher projects. Removed sample code from the core module.

I cleaned up some of the unneeded boilerplate code to make it easier to find the pieces that are related to the Angular integration. There were also some steps that I needed to follow to get the project to build properly, especially around the front-end build steps, so I updated the README files appropriately.
