Refine test lanes and expand targeted coverage

Summary

• collapse the suite into explicit fast *.spec.ts[x] and slow *.slow.ts[x] lanes
• move cheap package-integration coverage back into the fast lane and suppress shared slow-lane log noise
• add targeted non-React coverage passes across list-classic, suggestion, docx, ai, and layout, including the withColumn normalization fix
