Filter option shapes and source priority
environmentsandtagsnow take'*'for all or{ include, exclude }. Anything else is a config error, the docs route explains it and no collection is served.Before this a wrong shape passed silently.
exclude: 'Prod'published Prod with its values andtags: ['public']or a typo likeexcludespublished every request.Source priority is now
content > collectionPath > url, matching the config page. If bothurlandcollectionPathare set the url is not fetched.No version bump, 0.1.1 is not published yet.
