Add missing MF99 festival project entries to contents/projects/festival/mf99

[Copilot]

festival-website (mf99 branch) includes exhibition projects that were not yet represented in utcode.net content. This PR adds the missing MF99 entries under contents/projects/festival/mf99/ in the same structure used by existing festival projects.

• What was missing

  • Added projects present in src/exhibitions.ts but absent from contents/projects/ and contents/projects/festival/*:
    • space-simulator
    • billiards-game
    • icecream
    • sounddodge
    • magic-network

• What changed

  • Created one directory per project under contents/projects/festival/mf99/.
  • Added index.md for each project with standardized festival frontmatter:
    • app (name, url, description, platform, domain)
    • kind: festival
    • status: finished
    • date
    • thumbnail.src
    • social.github where available
  • Added corresponding thumbnail.png assets for each new entry.
  • Used sounddodge as the slug for 音ゲー回避アクション to match its URL.
  • Added GitHub links for:
    • space-simulator
    • billiards-game
    • icecream

• Content/model alignment

  • Kept schema-compatible shape and formatting consistent with existing festival project content.
  • Did not duplicate projects already represented elsewhere (maze, othello, nikochan).
