Renovate updates dependencies that
.github/workflows/upgrade-deps.ymlalready manages. These updates can move shared dependencies away from the versions required by upstream Vite and Rolldown.Add Renovate exclusions for
lint-staged, official@vitest/*packages, and upstream dependencies inpnpm-workspace.yamlandCargo.toml. Keep independent dependencies, including@vitest/browser-webdriverio, enabled.Related: #1831, #1782, #1780.
