feat(cache): show remote cache hits

Motivation

A remote hit looks the same as a local one, so it's hard to tell whether the remote cache is working and how much of a run it served.

Changes

Cache hits record whether they came from the local or the remote cache, and remote hits are marked. Local hits look as before.

• Compact summary: vp run: remote cache hit, 1.2s saved. for one task, and vp run: 2/2 cache hit (100%, 1 remote). for several
• --last-details: 2 cache hits (1 remote) in the statistics, and → Remote cache hit - output replayed - 1.2s saved

Summaries saved before this change read as local hits.
