Computer Science student building practical AI systems — from research to working software: medical image segmentation and classification, full-stack desktop systems with real databases, and automation that saves people repetitive work. I also work on RAG pipelines for medical information retrieval across NeuroScan AI and PulmoScan AI.

NeuroScan AI — Brain Tumor Segmentation

Brain tumor segmentation on BraTS 2021 — Next.js + FastAPI app with an interactive NIfTI viewer, four MRI modalities (T1, T1CE, T2, FLAIR) and a 3D U-Net model. Supervised by Ms. Saira Ishtiaq. Research use only, not medical diagnosis.

PulmoScan AI — Chest X-Ray Classification

ResNet-18 chest X-ray classification in 4 classes (COVID-19, Normal, Lung Opacity, Viral Pneumonia), 94.74% test accuracy, Grad-CAM heatmaps and a 3D lung view. For learning only, not medical diagnosis.

Education System of Pakistan — Fieldwork & Research

Field analysis of Pakistan's education framework: infrastructural deficits, gender disparities and curriculum updates, from primary datasets and interviews with professors, heads of department and students, ending in structural policy reforms grounded in community engagement and equity. Team-lead fieldwork at NUML.

NovaFlow — Company Management System

Python ERP for employee, inventory and project management. MySQL 3NF database, secure authentication, multi-warehouse support, work logs and role-based permissions, with a dark-themed Tkinter GUI.

iStore — E-Commerce Management System

Java Swing + MySQL management system with dedicated interfaces for customers, suppliers and administrators, role-based access and complex database design with BLOB image storage.

Restaurant Management System

JavaFX 21 desktop application with role-based POS, real-time order synchronization, inventory management and an analytics dashboard, using SQLite, MVC architecture and a modern glassmorphism UI.
