Overview
This PR updates the perpetual run log for the aeo_new_guide_recommendations scheduled agent and prepends two August 4 run entries.
Concerns
- The log description now says the skill runs monthly, but
.agents/skills/aeo_new_guide_recommendations/SKILL.mdsays the scheduled agent runs every two weeks and explicitly avoids the ambiguous “bi-weekly” phrasing. This should be corrected before merge so the log accurately describes the cadence used for repeat-topic interpretation.
